Game Notes: BC vs. NU

Offensively, BC (14-5-2, 7-2-1 ACC) is led by freshman forward Brooke Knowlton, who has nine goals. Freshman keeper Jillian Mastroianni has been outstanding, posting nine shutouts on the season.

Ironically, Northeastern's leading scorer and stud keeper are both freshman as well. Stephanie Gordon came up huge with some key saves late in the game and during PK's. CAA Rookie of the Year Veronica Napoli has been pressing a bit lately, according to Husky coach Ed Matz, but nothing would break her out of her slump better then a goal or two today.
